Perfect for purchase and rehab projects with a short time frame.  We'll fund commercial, mixed use, single family, or multi units.  No deal is too small.

- up to 80% ltv after rehab

- realistic exit plan

 

terms

- discount points 4% - 16%

- 6 months - 3 year length

- interest only payments

- interest rate 1% per month

 

Equity Partner

If you have a property but need some help with financing, exit strategy, managing, or just want to sell it then we're interested. We will invest for an equity stake in the deal.
