It all started in 1991 when the founder of Incomevestor (Dean Meier) decided he wanted to be a professional bass fisherman. What better way to fund a life of fishing than to own rental property? You can guess how well the fishing went.

Traditional bank loans are dependent on a multitude of documentable factors, including the borrower’s income, credit, tax returns, etc. They require minimum credit scores (700 or above), and can take months to close.
We rely solely on existing collateral to secure our mortgages and business loans. We have no credit score requirements and loan decisions happen very quickly.
